Control Results: Because each project is designed and approved before we start cutting stone, you know exactly what the finished project will look like. As a result you won’t have to worry about additional cost and loss of time associated with tearing out or fixing up stonework to accommodate the errors or aesthetic variances that occur in traditional stonework.
Control Budget: With our system, you will know exactly what the total project will cost upfront. Since each stone is delivered pre-cut it takes a fraction of the time (approximately 10%) and skill associated with traditional methods to install resulting in a lower installation cost. Finally, every piece of stone shipped is used in the project so there is no mess during the installation and no cost to dispose of stone waste at the end.
Control Installation Time: Stone projects can finally be accurately scheduled. Since each stone is precut and delivered ready to install, there is no additional work required on site to prepare the stone. We provide an accurate onsite delivery time and an estimate of how long it will take to install, which provides the information necessary to manage the installation time and cost through choice of labor, which in most cases can be performed by less skilled labor.. Finally, in large projects with multiple contractors and skilled trades the ability to accurately plan means expensive resources are not idling waiting for stone installation to start or finish.
